PROFILE: SANDRA E. NOBLE
I believe that every child in our Tri-City area is special and deserves an education that develops them into well-rounded, productive individuals. They need an education that enhances their strengths and talents; as well as making weak areas strong. As a school board member, I am accountable to see that the conditions are met for them to receive that quality instruction with teachers who care about them meeting their potential and the necessary resources to support instruction.
