Parents Can Add Money to Scholar Meal Accounts Using Online Feature

Did you know that you can use an online feature to place money on scholars’ meal accounts? It’s true! The process is easy and eliminates the need for scholars to carry cash to school when they want to purchase snacks.

You can use your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit and/or debit card to put money on your scholar’s account. Although Food Service is unable to extend credit card service to registers, they still accept cash.
Parents who use the online system must first create an account. You will need your scholar’s ID number (This is the same number your child enters into the keypad when going through the meal line; no personal information about your child is available online) to go any further. You will then be prompted to enter payment information. Your credit card information will not be stored and you will need to enter that information each time you put money on an account. Once the account is created, you will be able to add money or check balances at any time. The online payment program can be accessed at www.sendmoneytoschool.com

It is our hope that this service will help you manage your scholar(s) account more efficiently and ease your concerns about sending cash to school.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Food Service Supervisor, Jackie Thompson, via email at [email protected] or 216-336-6606.

Note: There is a $2 convenience fee when you place money on your scholars account using a credit or debit card. Fees are paid directly to the service provider; The Warrensville Heights City School District does not receive any portion of these funds.
