School Board meetings to move to remote conferencing via Zoom

The Warrensville Heights Board of Education regular meeting for Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at 6:30 P.M. will be held electronically pursuant to H.B. 197.

Board Policy 169.1 permits public participation at Board meetings at the discretion of the Board President.  Due to the exigent circumstances related to COVID-19 and the authority granted during the ongoing state of emergency to hold electronic meetings, the Board meeting will not include public participation.  Public participation will be reinstated when the state of emergency and related COVID-19 orders have been lifted by the Governor and the Ohio Director of Health.  

The meeting will be conducted virtually using Zoom, a remote conferencing platform.  The public can access the meeting by:

Please note:
The school board will not receive oral comments during its meeting. We ask the public, upon entering the online meeting, to please disable their audio/video. This will enable all persons to readily hear deliberations by board members.
