7th and 12th Grade Immunizations Required Before Start of School Year
Meningococcal Vaccine (for 7th and 12th grade scholars):
One (1) dose of meningococcal vaccine is required PRIOR to entry into the 7th grade. A second (2nd) dose of meningococcal vaccine is required PRIOR to entry into the 12th grade.
Trap Vaccine (for 7th grade scholars):
One dose of Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, and accellular pertussis) vaccine is required PRIOR to entry into the seventh (7th) grade. This dose is intended to be administered as a booster for students who have completed the required doses of the initial series of DTap, DT, or Td vaccine.
Please check with your health care provider BEFORE school starts in August to ensure your scholar's immunizations are up to date. If you have not already done so, proof of up to date immunizations must be provided to your school clinic.
