Eastwood Elementary Scholars Visit OU-HCOM
On Friday, May 19, scholars from Eastwood Elementary School visited OU-HCOM! The Ohio University staff who served as reading tutors decided to plan a special visit to our medical campus to celebrate the completion of the program. The visit started with a fun game of Jeopardy followed by activities led by Pat Lambert in our Clinical Training & Assessment Center. Scholars participated in a hands-on mannequin-based simulation experience listening to normal and abnormal heart & lung sounds.
Mrs. Mares, thank you for providing this opportunity, and a special thanks to all of our tutors. The scholars really enjoyed their visit!
