Public Announcement for Owner's Representative

The Board of Education of the Warrensville Heights City School District (“the Owner”) is soliciting requests for combined qualifications and proposals for owner’s representative in connection with the Owner’s facilities improvement project which may include, but is not limited to, demolition of Randallwood School, a new elementary school and grade 6 through 12 combined middle school and high school, and such additional facilities and improvements as deemed necessary by the Owner. Firms interested in providing these services may obtain from the Owner its RFQ/RFP for Owner’s Representative detailing the procedures and conditions for submitting a response by contacting:

Answers to any questions regarding the RFQ/RFP shall be in writing and shall be sent to all firms who are on record with the Owner as having requested and been furnished a copy of this RFQ/RFP. It is therefore imperative that firms provide complete and accurate contact information to the Owner.

Six sealed hard copy originals and one electronic copy of the response must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. local time on September 28, 2017. The hard copy originals must be addressed and delivered to Dr. Rock at the address noted above and the electronic copy must be delivered via email to Dr. Rock at the email address noted above. Responses to the RFQ/RFP received after this deadline will not be accepted or considered and must be identified by the following: “RESPONSE TO RFQ/RFP FOR OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE FOR WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.”
