Parent Input Needed for Proposed After-School Program

Parents:  are you interested in an after-school program for your elementary school student?  The Warrensville Heights City School District is interested in partnering with Right At School, a nationally recognized after-school enrichment program to provide after-school care for students in kindergarten through grade five.

The "Right Club" program would be scheduled every day from the time school ends until 6:00pm. After a snack and fun fitness activities, students complete their homework and then enjoy an afternoon of meaningful curriculum-based enrichment activities through sports, games, arts and crafts and much more. Right At School also provides full-day camps during school breaks and on days when school is not in session.

Right At School accepts ODJFS vouchers for families who qualify. For families who do not qualify, the after-school program would cost $55 per week per child. There is also a sibling discount of 10% for the second child (for non-voucher families).

The proposed program would begin with the 2018-2019 school year.  However, in order to gage interest, we need your help! We invite parents of elementary school students to complete a short survey to determine whether it’s feasible to offer this after-school. Please go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VLJB95F and answer the questions. We respectfully ask that you complete the survey by no later than April 25.
