Due to the state of emergency declared by Executive Order 2020-01D resulting from COVID-19, the Warrensville Heights Board of Education Organizational Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., and will be held electronically pursuant to H.B. 404 extending the Board's ability to hold virtual public meetings into July 2021.
Board Policy 169.1 permits public participation at Board meetings at the discretion of the Board President. Due to the exigent circumstances related to COVID-19 and the authority granted during the ongoing state of emergency to hold electronic meetings, the Board meeting will not include public participation. Public participation will be reinstated when the state of emergency and related COVID-19 orders have been lifted by the Governor and the Ohio Director of Health.
