How does the District communicate information to families?
Families will hear from the District and their child's school via: Phone Call, Text Message, Email, Social Media, Website, Take Home flyers, and mail.
How do I update my contact information with the District?
How can I be added to the District's All Call list?
All parents and guardians of scholars are automatically included in All Calls to ensure they receive critical information
How can I be removed from the District's All Calls?
While all families with currently enrolled scholars are required to have contact information in the system for emergency purposes, we understand that some individuals may receive calls by mistake, or no longer have a child at the District! If your phone number is mistakenly listed, please contact [email protected]
with your name, request, and the date of the last call you received.
When does the District send All Calls?
The District will send non-emergency calls to primary contacts on evenings and mornings. Attendance calls are sent during the school day. Emergency messages such as school closings are sent as soon as they are determined to be necessary.
