Welcome to WHES Return to Learn in Person
Here are a few things that you will need to know:
Due to Covid-19 safety precautions, we are limiting the amount of visitors in the building and families will not be able to visit the classrooms while school is in session. If you need to enter the building (Door 2 only) please have your ID and properly wear a mask.
Temperatures will be taken for any staff, student or visitor who enters the building.
All staff and students will wear a mask while in the building.
All classrooms are equipped with desk shields and sanitation stations.
To ensure your child’s success, have them in school and on time daily in dress code.
K-5th Grades
Arrival
Car Riders & Daycare van riders enter through Door 13 (Rear of building)
Walkers enter through Door 4 (Clarkwood Pkwy near Crossing Guard)
Bus Riders enter through Door 2 (Front of building)
**K- 5 Students will be marked tardy after 9:00 am and will need to enter through Door 2 (Front of building) for a tardy pass.
Dismissal
Car Riders & Daycare van riders exit through Door 13 (Rear of building)
Walkers exit through Door 4 (Clarkwood Pkwy near Crossing Guard)
Bus Riders exit through Door 2 (Front of building)
**In the case of an emergency, early dismissals need to happen before 3:00pm.
Pre- K Families
Arrival
8:50 am -9:00 am
Door 13. Park in a spot and walk scholars to the door.
Dismissal-
2:45 pm
Door 13. Park in a spot and walk to the door for pick up.
