Back to School 2023!

Greetings! 

Warrensville Heights City School District faculty, staff and administrators are ready for the 2023-2024 school year, and we hope your family is too! One Team, One Vision, One Goal is our motto as we continue to push toward our goal to be Ohio’s best school district. 

The 2023-2024 school year marks a significant milestone for WHCSD, as we proudly unveil our brand new middle and high school. This state-of-the-art facility has been meticulously designed to provide a best-in-class learning experience for our scholars. Additionally, we are opening the Warrensville Heights Early Childhood Center at the former Mt. Zion facility. The enthusiasm mirrors the excitement around opening the new elementary school in 2021. 

Our continued commitment and teamwork are essential to our success in actualizing our vision. Teachers and staff make each scholar’s achievement their top priority, and prepare them for both college and career. Tiger Families, you are a critical piece to our team, too. Remember access to a high-quality education and caring, engaged adults can produce life-changing

outcomes for scholars.

Important Dates & Details 

• August 19, 11 a.m. –  Ribbon Cutting and Dedication of the new Tiger Stadium

• August 25, 7 p.m. – Tiger football vs Gilmour Academy

• August 26, 11 a.m. – Early Childhood Center Ribbon Cutting and Dedication

• September 2, 9 a.m. – Warrensville Heights Middle and High School Ribbon Cutting and Dedication

• September 16 – Battle of the Bands at Tiger Stadium
