Academics

Our academic programs are aligned to the Ohio Learning Standards and intended to support scholars in their academic experience. Our curriculum is anchored around the Ohio Learning Standards and college and career readiness skills. In addition, we offer educational opportunities that promote the social and emotional well-being of scholars in order to produce well-rounded individuals.

Some of our educational programs include:

  • Early Childhood: Develops language and early literacy skills to set a foundation for educational success. Addresses physical, social-emotional, and mathematical skills for the full development of the whole child.
  • College Credit Plus: College Credit Plus (CCP) allows eligible students in grades 7 through 12 to earn high school and college credit at the same time. 
  • Project Lead the WayCurriculum and training that supports aengaging, hands-on classroom environment and empowers students to develop in-demand knowledge and skills they need to thrive. 
  • Career Technical EducationAn academic and technical education that prepares 11th and 12th grade students for both college and career in programs like graphic design, Firefighting/EMT, and more through the Heights Career Tech consortium.
