Accountability & Federal Programs
The Accountability/Federal Programs Department manages three major areas in the district:
Statewide Assessment
WHCSD complies with all state-mandated testing resources. Visit our Academics page or school pages for more information.
Federal Programs
The district receives consolidated funding (Title I-A, Title I Non-Competitive Supplemental School Improvement, Title II-A, Title IV-A, IDEA-B Special Education, IDEA Early Childhood Special Education and Expanding Opportunities for Each Child Non-Competitive Grant). These funding sources are allocated to support the district/school improvement plan developed by the District Leadership Team (DLT) and Building Leadership Team (BLT) to address the academic/social and emotional learning (SEL) needs through the implementation of evidence based strategies/action steps to meet the targeted goal.
Title 1 Parent Meetings
Parent Meetings are held twice a year. Find archived presentations below:
Parental Involvement
Family School Partnerships Survey
Parents and families have the opportunity to provide the District with feedback on our communications, academics, and resources in this yearly survey. The window opens in Fall.
