Our Operations Department proudly serves Warrensville Heights City Schools and is located at the Operations and Transportation Building at 4500 Warrensville Center Road. Operations manages a variety of functions for the District, including:
Buildings and Grounds
Use of existing facilities by the community and its various municipalities, religious groups and other non-profit groups is encouraged. To begin the process to rent a facility, please complete the Facility Request form and email it to Ms. Linda Paci at [email protected].
Vendors are asked not to visit school buildings to sell products or services.
Operations oversees all purchasing and maintains full compliance with rules and regulations stipulated in the Ohio Revised Code regarding acquisition and disposal of supplies and assets. This includes all purchasing ranging from the lease purchase of duplicating machines, computers, and buses, through conducting sealed bid openings and making recommendations for award of contract to the Board of Education.
