Dear Warrensville Heights Community,

Our district has remained steady, earning a 3.5-Star Rating for the second consecutive year. The High School and Early Childhood Center led the way with 4 Stars, while the Elementary School earned 3 Stars and the Middle School earned 2.5 Stars.

While we celebrate these results, our vision calls us to go further. To reach our goal of 5 Stars, we must remain committed to “One Team, One Vision, One Goal.” That commitment means we must:

Innovate — Expanding our learning experiences to push all scholars to think critically, solve complex problems, and engage with content that challenges them to go beyond what they thought possible.
Elevate — Staying committed to the expectation that excellence is the norm in every classroom, every program, and every school. We understand that this expectation will call all stakeholders to rise to the occasion and give maximum effort every day, resulting in sustained success and an elevated status for our district. Most importantly, it will transform our scholars’ lives, opening doors for them to be the leaders of tomorrow and to compete with anyone, from anywhere, in this ever-changing world.
Empower — Partnering with families and giving our scholars the confidence, tools, and opportunities to reach their full potential. When scholars believe in their abilities and are supported at home and at school, they are prepared to lead, achieve, and thrive well beyond graduation.

We have been truly blessed to have a supportive Board of Education and community walking with us on this journey. Less than ten years ago, our district faced the challenge of a State Takeover, and our future felt uncertain. Yet, “One Team, One Vision, One Goal” has provided the energy and focus to overcome every obstacle and keep our eyes fixed on what matters most—our scholars. As we continue to “Strive for 5,” we must remain committed to our mission to innovate, elevate, and empower our district and our scholars. Together, as One Team, we will achieve our goal and build a future that will elevate each family and our community for generations to come.
