Welcome to Our Transportation Department

As part of the Operations division, our Transportation Department is led by the Transportation Supervisor and is dedicated to ensuring the safe transportation of our scholars to and from school, as well as to field trips and special events. We strive to provide a secure and reliable service that supports the educational journey of our students.

Scholars who live outside of the Walk Zone

One mile radius from their school of attendance can receive transportation from Warrensville Heights City School District. 

Parents and Guardians seeking transportation for their scholars for the school year are required to :

• Submit the Transportation Request Form each school year.

• All address changes must be completed through the Registration Department prior to submitting your application.

• Online applications for transportation will be accepted from May 30 through July 31.

• Families requesting additional assistance should contact the Transportation Department at 216 364 -1041, or 216 364 -1043 ,or In person at the Transportation Office located at 4500 Warrensville Center Road, Warrensville Heights Ohio  44128 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm to register.

• Routing information will be available two weeks prior to the start of school.

Be sure to review Bus behavior expectations with your scholar.
